This in person AND online training is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to support pregnant individuals through yoga. upon completion of the course you'll be able to register as a R-PYT with the Yoga Alliance.

In this 200hr in-person YTT, you’ll learn how to teach really awesome yoga classes, you’ll advance your personal practice, you’ll get free yoga, you’ll connect with a tribe of awesome people, and you’ll learn to build a business. We meet for a total of 11 weekends over the course of 10 months!

A one-day intensive version of Birthsmarter's unique curriculum, enabling you and your partner to think critically and improvise during high stakes moments. We incorporate the best elements of Lamaze, Hypnobirthing, and the Bradley Method and present curated, relevant, and scientifically rooted information.
