I'm Melie, Iyengar Yoga Practitioner, E-500hr registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Birthsmarter Educator. I’m passionate about helping you thrive during your pregnancy by integrating yoga as a holistic practice both on and off the mat. With a deep understanding of the physiology of birth, I provide practical skills and evidence-based, unbiased information that will ease the overwhelm and empower you with confidence. My goal is to help you embrace this longest, shortest season of your life—even- ahem- especially on the not so rosy days.
